Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized items may take longer.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under 10 lbs: Free shipping
• Orders 10 lbs or more: Flat rate based on carrier service

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Goose Designs is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

At this time, Goose Designs ships within the United States only.
